    Are Abundant products vegan?

    At Abundant Natural Health, we strive to use high quality, natural ingredients
    wherever possible. We work with two of Australia’s finest Universities to ensure that
    we breed and grow only the best vegetables, with high levels of active ingredients,
    and that these are extracted without the use of harmful toxins, preserving their purity
    and efficacy. We select only the best to go in to our products.
    Our Lips Alive lip balm is our only non-Vegan product. We chose to include
    beeswax (cera alba) as it is a natural, renewable resource which helps to create a
    thin, protective layer over skin; helping to protect your lips from environmental
    assaults, keeping them protected, hydrated, supple and smooth.

    Do Abundant products contain animal derived ingredients?

    No, they do not.

    Is there any SPF in your moisturiser?

    No, our Daily Face Cream does not contain a SPF.  We recommend that you use a dedicated SPF after your moisturiser and as a final step to your skincare routine.

    Do Abundant use microbeads?

    No we don’t use microbeads in our products.

    Do Abundant products contain parabens or sulphates?

    No, they do not.

    How should I store my Abundant products?

    Do Abundant test on animals?

    No, we do not test on animals.

    Is Abundant’s packaging recyclable?

     Yes, the packaging is recyclable.

    Do Abundant products have an expiry date?

    Please use within 12 months of opening the product.

    What if I have an adverse reaction to an Abundant product?

    In the unlikely event that you have an adverse reaction, please contact us at and we will be happy to help.

    Can I return or exchange my product?  

    We are happy to make a full refund in the unlikely event that your Abundant Natural Health product is proven to be faulty. To claim a refund, please contact us at and we will arrange to have a Consumer Returns form emailed to you.  Complete this form and return it, along with the faulty item, within seven days of receiving your product to:

    We also recommend patch testing your product before use.

    Where do you grow your ingredients?  

    We grow our ingredients at the Sydney Plant Breeding Institute in Cobbity, NSW, Australia.

    We are proudly 100% Australian grown, owned and made.

    Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

    You don’t need to set up an account to purchase items from our site. You will be required to complete your details every time you make a purchase.

    However, if you set up an account the site will securely store your information and automatically recall that information every time you log in – making online shopping more efficient for you.
